Rent to Own allows our SHEROES to lease their dream home, with the option to purchase in 1-3 years.
The Rent to Own program is customized for each individual SHERO.
All you have to do is;
✔️ Complete a pre-qualification application to determine if this program is for you.
✔️ Meet with a specialist to determine the best purchase price for your new home.
✔️ Find your dream home in your neighborhood of choice with your realtor.
✔️ Pay an option consideration fee (typically around 5% of the home value.)
✔️We buy the house and cover all closing costs.
✔️ You live in your new home while maintaining the home, insurance, and making on time rental payments during the lease.
✔️You have the option to purchase the home at the end of the lease, for a predetermined price.
